Mrs. Adams is from Milbank, SD and got her education degree from USD. This is her 32nd year teaching in the Brandon Valley School District. She and her husband Bob have four children: Hannah, Jacob, Gracie, and Jackson along with two dogs. Her first granddaughter is due in September! She enjoys watching baseball and softball, shopping, watching Netflix, and spending time with her family.
Mrs. DeBoer is from Dell Rapids, SD and is a graduate of USD. This is her 32nd year teaching in the Brandon Valley School District. She and her husband Darren have three children: Zach, Devin, and Conner. Grandbaby Lucy turned 3 in June! Mrs. DeBoer is an animal lover and creator of Cat Shirt Thursdays at school. Mrs. Silvernail grew up in Yankton, SD and graduated from Briar Cliff in Sioux City, IA. This is her eighth year teaching 2nd grade at RBE. She is married to Cody and momma to five year old Quinn and three year old Maverick. Baby Silvernail #3 is due in September 2021! Mrs. Silvernail loves singing, teaching math, eating M&Ms, playing sports, and watching Netflix.
Mrs. Westcott is a Washta, IA native. She has a BA and Masters in Education from USD. This is her 28th year of education, the 24th in her Brandon Valley career. She is married to James, and they have two children in college; Amanda and Tyler. She also has a dog and cat. Mrs. Westcott enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Mrs. Hatlestad grew up in Sioux Falls, SD and went to college at SDSU and DSU. She is licensed in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. This is her ninth year at RBE and third year teaching 2nd grade. She has a husband, Travis, children Tori- 10 and Owen- 8, and a dog Lucy. Mrs. Hatlestad loves spending time outstide, reading, cooking, and playing games with her family.
